Hassan Masum

Hassan Masum is a Senior Research Coordinator at the McLaughlin-Rotman Centre for Global Health.  Dr. Masum has worked with government agencies, research labs, multinationals, and startups in a variety of technical and policy-development areas, and contributed to "WorldChanging: A User's Guide to the 21st Century" (foreword by Al Gore).  He completed his doctoral studies in Computer Science at Carleton University followed by Postdoctoral studies in Switzerland, and his research at the McLaughlin-Rotman Centre focuses on product development in low-resource economies, convergence platforms, collaborative technologies, and better tools and foresight methods for global health.
